Terms and Conditions
1. General Terms
- These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in the AI & IoT Upskilling Training provided by TechCapital Resources Sdn Bhd (branded as T-Robot), herein referred to as the "Company".
- By enrolling in the training, participants agree to abide by these terms.
- The training focuses on AI and IoT applications in the manufacturing industry and includes hands-on training with Industrial IoT kits.
2. Eligibility for Training
- The training program is open to individuals and companies looking to upskill their employees in AI and IoT technologies for manufacturing.
- Participants must have a basic understanding of manufacturing processes and be willing to engage in both theoretical and practical sessions.
3. IoT Kit Provision
- Each participant will receive one Industrial IoT kit with sensors as part of the training package.
- The IoT kit is intended for hands-on use during the training sessions and for further individual learning post-training.
- The IoT kit is included in the training fees and is non-refundable. Any malfunction or damage to the kit caused by improper use will not be covered by the Company.
4. Proof of Concept (POC) Setup for Companies
- Companies enrolling six (6) or more employees in the training program are eligible for a Proof of Concept (POC) setup at their facility.
- The POC will demonstrate the practical application of AI and IoT in the company’s manufacturing processes.
- The scope and design of the POC will be determined based on the specific needs of the company and may require site visits or additional assessments.
- The POC setup will be carried out by T-Robot’s technical team, and any additional customization or expansion beyond the initial scope may incur extra charges.
5. Training Fees and Payment
- The training fee includes access to all training materials, one Industrial IoT kit per participant, and the POC setup for eligible companies.
- Payment for the training must be made in full before the commencement of the training program.
- In case of cancellation by a participant, no refunds will be provided once the IoT kit has been delivered. Cancellations before kit delivery will be eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative fees.
6. Intellectual Property
- All training materials, including presentations, guides, and software provided during the training, remain the intellectual property of T-Robot.
- Participants are granted limited access to these materials for personal use and may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
7. Liability and Responsibility
- The Company will not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury sustained during the use of the Industrial IoT kit.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring that the IoT kits are used according to the provided instructions and guidelines.
- The Company will not be responsible for any issues or liabilities arising from the use of AI & IoT technologies in the participant's business operations following the training.
8. Confidentiality
- Participants and companies may be exposed to confidential information during the training, including proprietary technologies, processes, and strategies.
- All confidential information must be kept secure and not disclosed to any third parties without the prior consent of the Company.
9. Data Privacy
- The Company collects personal information from participants to facilitate training services. This information will be stored securely and used only for the purposes of providing the training.
- The Company complies with all relevant data privacy laws, and participants may request access to or correction of their personal data at any time.
