Where is the course venue?


Address of training facility, Robot Hub, is:
C-G-5, Block C, UPM-MTDC Technology Center III, Universiti Putra Malaysia, 43400 UPM Serdang, Selangor

However, we do accommodate in-house training upon necessity. Do contact us to make arrangements.




How many people can join the training courses?


Generally, we can cater up to 20 people per class. For classes with more participants, the venue might be relocated depending on the situation.




Any prerequisite for this training?


We welcome participants from field of Engineering, Technology, Multimedia, IT and equivalent field that related to coding & programming




Would the participants be provided with F&B?


There are biscuits and drinking water on the house! However, we do encourage everyone to have their meal before coming to the training.

For full course trainings, breakfast and lunch may also be provided, depending on the arrangement of the course.




What should the participants bring during the training?


Participants need to bring their own laptops. The specifications required for the laptop depends on the training course.




What software is required to be pre-installed before the training?


For any software requiring pre-installation before the training, an installation guide of the required software will be sent to participant’s email after confirmation of their attendance.




Would the hardware used in the training provided?


Yes, all hardware will be provided in the class. We would like to seek cooperation from all participants to handle the hardware with care during the training. The participants would be responsible for any missing items.




Can the participants take the training material or hardware with them?


No, but depending on the item, participants may purchase them. Please contact us first for more information.




Is there certificate given out at the end of training?


Yes, all participants will receive the E-Certificate through email. This training is endorsed by MyRAS (Malaysia Robotics & Automation Society).




Are these training courses HDRF claimable?


Yes, all of our courses are claimable, as we are registered with Human Resource Development Fund (HDRF)
