About this programme
T Robot is a Malaysian company that’s been around since 2015, helping businesses embrace automation and digital technologies. We’ve developed our own industrial robots and worked with factories of all sizes to boost productivity through smart solutions. In partnership with Malaysian Technology Development Corporation (MTDC), T Robot was selected as training provider for K-Youth Development Programme 2025.
Through this programme, we’re offering young people the chance to get hands-on experience in Robotics, AI and IoT. Our training is practical, aligned with real industry needs and designed to help you step confidently into a future career in technology and manufacturing.
What’s in It for You?

1 Month Skill Training (Hybrid Mode). Face-to-face training at UPM-MTDC TIC III, Serdang during week 4

3 Months Apprenticeship for a Real Workplace Experience

1. Robotics and Automation
Involves the use of Cobot Arm Kit, Motor AC Control, IoT Kit, and PLC Kit (subject to change)
2. AI & IoT
Involves the use of AI kit & IoT kit (subject to change)
Who can Join

Malaysian citizen, aged 18 to 30 years old
-
SPM and above (Diploma, Degree, Master’s, PhD) in tech/science/IT/engineering
-
Able to commit full-time for 4 months

Have been unemployed for at least 1 month and have completed their studies

Have not participated in a similar programme before
