Online Training / Workshop Terms & Conditions

1. Registration: Participants must register for the online training program before the deadline specified on the registration form. Failure to do so may result in the participant not being able to attend the training.
2. Payment: Payment for the online training program is due at the time of registration. If payment is not received, the participant may not be able to access the training.
3. Cancellation and Refunds: If a participant cancels their registration 7 days before the confirmed training date, they may be entitled to a full refund. If the participant cancels within 7 days of the confirmed training date, they may not be entitled to a refund. Refunds may be subject to a processing fee of RM5.
4. Access to Training Materials: Participants will be granted access to the online training materials for a specified period of time, as indicated on the registration form. Access may be limited to certain hours of the day.
5. Technical Requirements: Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary technical requirements to access the online training program, such as a reliable internet connection, compatible device, and up-to-date software.
6. Intellectual Property: All training materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and videos, are the intellectual property of the training provider and may not be distributed or reproduced without written permission.
7. Confidentiality: Participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the online training program.
8. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during the online training program. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the participant being prohibited from accessing the training program.
9. Disclaimer of Liability: The training provider is not liable for any damages or losses that may occur as a result of accessing or using the online training program, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
11. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the training provider and the      participant, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
